Leave Parenting Decisions to the Parents

Greg Dodge of Tehachapi, wrote to the editors of The Bakersfield Californian on March 20, 2010, to express his frustration at the proposed soda tax. He writes that if the reasoning for the tax really is to curb childhood obesity, that’s a cause individual parents should be responsible for, not the state taxpayers.
